Hi, when connecting to the server after checking EAC, it says that I am not on the white list and does not allow me to access the servers.

I regret to inform you that if you appear on the server's whitelist, a moderator or the admin himself removed permissions to people from that region. Do not even try to log in or beg them. There are many more servers.
