Welcome to Ground Zero!
My name is MADMAN. I am the server owner and along with my helpful group of admins, we are committed to providing the most stable, fun and friendly server possible. Along with email, forum and Discord access, I even have my own personal cell phone number listed in our forum so that players have multiple ways to reach me if there is ever an issue with the performance of the server! I don't want any of you to ever have to play on a shitty server.
Ground Zero is the longest, continuously running 7 Days to Die server in the world! Our server has been up and running EVERY single day since March 1st, 2014! Ground Zero has also been the #1 ranked private server in the world for well over 5 years!
This is a "split-map" Server. The North half of the map is PvE and the South is PvP. Although PvP is allowed, there are a few simple rules in place to keeps things civil. No griefing or cheating is permitted and any attempt at this will result in the swift blow of our ban hammer. Our server is for adults and as such, children will not be accepted. We will not tolerate any racism or sexism. We expect mature individuals to behave accordingly.
We have custom recipes and custom content. We also have a very LARGE custom built, zombie-proof indoor mall (Ground Zero Tower) with shops for players to build their very own stores. The mall also has an underground trader location as well! If that wasn't cool enough, it even has condo/apartment units that can be purchased with GZBucks (In-game money that is earned by playtime and zombie/player kills)
We also host our own very active forum and Discord Voice Server with channels that you can have customized just for you and your friends. Even though this is a modded server, you do NOT need to download anything, as all mods are located server-side only.
If you know how to respect other players and want to have fun on a mature, friendly server then this is the place for you.
