My name is dyslock and i play in this server. This morning my game crash because i fall in a hole in the game.
Now i can 't connect to the game and i don t know why ?
Please can you reinitialise my character ? or spawn in my base ?

Hey Dennis. We had a corrupt chunk/region area which was reset entirely. Can you get in now? Gik was helping you out I know. I will get involved if you still have troubles though.
After restart on 23/07/2017 me and my fiance cannot connect anymore, get stuck on 'Starting Game' indefinitely(can read chat n shit in the console).
Tried:
Restarting Steam
Restarting Game
Removing all appdate and left over files
Adding firewall exceptions
Restarting Computer
Restarted Router
Reinstalled Game.
Happens on my desktop PC and laptop my fiance is using.

Still occurring the next day:
Tried connecting via separate unsecured network, same result.
Tried connecting via family share, which creates a new profile on connect. Straight up worked.
I can only presume there is a problem with our player profile, before the server restarted and we were unable to connect we had just interacted with some of the newly added mods and I had just picked up pretty much every bit of electrics in the base to re-run it. Somehow this has effected both of us and broke our profiles.

Hey Serf. So we pulled you out of that bad area. That whole region was basically corrupted and any time someone entered it, the game engine froze across the entire server. We reset the region entirely and will help you get your base back going again.

Hu guys,
why i got banned till 2018 at my first join on your server ?
Just did nothing inside against the rules, didn't write a thing, didn't obviously hack... Can i get an answer please ?

It says "you are banned until 2018-08-13 31:31:51
Of course i can connect to the others enitre servers on 7 days list.

Hey torque. That does sounds strange. We do have some auto ban systems in place, maybe a false detection. I will check our records. Check back on the server or contact me on steam to check in. - Obsessive Compulsive

I just looked up that ban record and there is none. Are you sure it was our server?
Leave your steam ID here with me if you don't mind. I will check for that against the list but I don't think you are banned at all.

2 days pass for the new built. 22 hours ago new hack is publish. then i find the fist hacker in my zone. He has 330 zombie killed, 20 players, and the server only has 40 game days... i play the last day almost 8 hours and dont see the player. then he comes wiht ak 47 and kill me and my mate. Congratulations to the staff that in fact defend the dude. Why no play here, no space and no security.
I bougth the game sice 5 years and probalbly i play the fist place here. i met with FlyingAss in the pass for sure, and he do a good job in combat the hacking. now his staff is not.

Hey Jav. It has been 4 days +. It sounds like you are blaming us for hacks. I suggest you contact the game developers to address what the problem is.
In the mean time, we run backups and are ready to combat hackers.
We have moderators running and admins at the ready. There have already been 8 banned players since A16 went to stable. Sadly we can not be there all the time as it is impossible.
I do not think anyone is defending a hacker but your story sounds like you died from an AK and think that is a hack? There are players who have been playing 8 hours a day or more since A16 went stable so I am not sure what surrounds the hack accusation.
The new zombie spawn system allows for hundreds of zombies to be killed in a single night. Please request administrator assistance and we will follow up if you believe a hack or duping event has occurred.

forgot to mention, we wiped the world but kept player data as the world was partly corrupt. There are definitely players well beyond standard AK battles and that level now.
