Please help

Hello,

I'm not sure how to contact anyone for help with this server since no one has responded to my email from 20 days ago and I've been banned from both the game servers and discord for the reason "advertising". I don't believe I've broken any rules and I certainly have not advertised anything at all. I requested assistance via email on January 5 2022 and would like to see if anyone can help me either in getting unbanned or perhaps tell me what rule I broke.
